PRESENT: Chair Tony J. Ilacqua, Vice Chair Mary Menzies, Bruce Ralston, Milton Bratz, Val Poulsen, Chad Stearns, Calvin Beaulier, and Joanna Ray (recording secretary)

ABSENT: Colin Trahan, Milton Bratz, Vanessa Robbins, and David Polito

The public had access to this meeting by calling 1-929-205-6099 and entering meeting ID 529 062 8549.

Chair Ilacqua called the meeting to order at 6:00. 

 Election of Officers

Bruce nominated Tony for Chair. Mary seconded the nomination.  There were no other nominations.  Tony accepted.

Tony nominated Mary for Vice Chair. Bruce seconded the nomination.  There were no other nominations.  Mary accepted.

Joanna was appointed as the recording secretary.

Merge request

T & T Mtn. Investments LLC - Tax Maps 83-2 & 83-3 (277 Industrial Park Road). The location of the driveway was discussed. Val gave some history of the property.  Calvin added that the aerial photo showed the driveway connection to Industrial Park Rd.  Bruce made a motion to approve the merge request.  Mary seconded the motion.  The motion passed by all.  

Review of Minutes

March 3, 2020. Chad made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Mary seconded the motion.  The motion passed by all.

April 7, 2020. Chad made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Mary seconded the motion.  The motion passed by all.

May 19, 2020.  Mary made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Chad seconded the motion.  The motion passed by all.

The Board discussed the next meeting on July 7, 2020.  The location will be the Opera House and will be the public hearing to adopt the updated Master Plan. The draft update can be found on the home page of the Town’s website www.townoflittleton.org.  A survey can also be found in the same location.  Comments are encouraged. Chad suggested a copy also be sent to the Chamber of Commerce.

At 6:20, Mary made a motion to adjourn. Chad seconded the motion.  The motion passed by all.
