PRESENT: Vice Chair Mary Menzies, Milton Bratz, Carrie Gendreau, Val Poulsen, Calvin Beaulier, and Joanna Ray (recording secretary)

EXCUSED: Chair Tony J. Ilacqua, Kristyn Mueller, and Bruce Ralston

ABSENT:  Colin Trahan

Vice Chair Menzies called the meeting to order at 6:00.

Review of November 19, 2019 minutes

Milton made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Vice Chair Menzies seconded the motion. The motion passed by all.

42 Main Street Littleton LLC, Owner – PB19-07 -  Request for a Lot Line Adjustment between tax map 78-178 & 78-179, 42 Main Street & 17 Hillview Terrace, in the C-I & R-I zones. Application was accepted as complete.  Gardner explained that .03 acres will be taken from 78-179 and added to 78-178. This will allow parking spaces to be added behind the building at 42 Main Street. There is a plan for the Town to purchase 17 Hillview Terrace and remove the barn.

The public input was closed. Milton made a motion to approve the request with the condition that the applicant complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Val seconded the motion. The motion passed by all.

At 6:30, Milton made a motion to adjourn. Val seconded the motion. The motion passed by all.
