Resilience Planning & Design

Discuss potential Zoning Ordinance amendments

  • Tax maps 93-41 & 93-43 (Eastgate Motor Inn & Exit 41 Motor Inn) are in both the C-I and R-I zones.  Jere Eames, owner of Exit 41 Motor Inn, has requested that the properties be zoned completely C-I.  Maps will be presented at this meeting.
  • The NH Office of Strategic Initiatives has recommended the update of the Littleton Flood Plain Development Ordinance.  The proposed update does not change the current regulations.  The proposed version was created by OSI to more clearly identify the regulations so that they are more understandable.  Draft copies of the proposal will be presented at this meeting.
  • Short-term rentals.  The topic has been brought to the Planning & Zoning Office.  The question to discuss: Is the Board interested in adding short-term rentals to the Zoning Ordinance as a permitted use?
