Board of Assessors:
368 Union Street Realty Trust, Tax Map 79-211, 368 Union St., 2018 Tax Year, Abatement Amount $512.82.  The property is a conventional home on 0.20 acres that is gutted and is vacant.  The abatement request was originally denied based on the lack of information provided.  After meeting with the taxpayers it was found that there were physical data errors in the description of the property.  It is recommended an abatement in the amount of $512.82 be granted.

368 Union Street Realty Trust, Tax Map 67-35, 270 Pleasant St., 2018 Tax Year, Abatement Amount $97.02.  The property is a conventional home on 0.11 acres.  It was found there were physical data errors in the description of the property.  After making the corrections it is recommended an abatement in the amount of $97.02 be granted.
