LITTLETON ENERGY CONSERVATION COMMITTEE
MEETING ON 20 JULY 2010
Attendees: Jan Edick, Ron Bolt, Arwen Mitton, Mary Edick
Administrative Matters
The minutes of the 24 June 2010 meeting were approved.
The committee has been informed that Tony Ilacqua will rejoin in September.
Meeting with the Planning Board
Much of the meeting was spent in last minute preparations for our appointment with the Planning Board to discuss the Energy Chapter of the Master Plan and suggested zoning ordinance changes.
Other Business
Ø Ron and Mary met with representatives of the Energy Technical Assistance Program and will find out in August if we are accepted in the program.
Ø Jan will continue to work on the location of bike racks.
Ø Arwen will put together a package on energy tax exemptions by August.
Ø Mary will put together an “energy basket” for the Littleton Community Center auction in October.
Ø Ron will put together a package on energy commissions by August.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 26 August, at 5 pm, Community Center
